Summary:
The City Council is being asked to consider adopting Resolution 26-138 (Attachment 1), accepting the work performed by GCI Construction, Inc. for the Reservoir 12 Site Improvements, CIP Project No. 23403, and filing a Notice of Completion (Attachment 2).
Background:
On March 17, 2026, the City Council awarded a construction contract to GCI Construction, Inc., for the Reservoir 12 Site Improvements Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 23403 (Attachment 3). The project improved drainage to reduce localized flooding within the reservoir site during storm events and included the following: 201 linear feet of two 8-inch PVC drain pipes, asphalt concrete berms, 115 linear feet of retaining concrete curb, and a 12-inch square drainage inlet.
