Summary:
The City Council is being asked to consider adopting Resolution 26-139 (Attachment 1), accepting the work performed by Alliance Diversified Enterprises, Inc. for the Calle Frontera Sewer Lift Station Soil Stabilization, CIP Project, PN 32201, and filing a Notice of Completion (Attachment 2).
Background:
On January 20, 2026, the City Council awarded a construction contract to Alliance Diversified Enterprises, Inc. for the Calle Frontera Sewer Lift Station Soil Stabilization (CIP) Project No. 32201 (Attachment 3). The project included the installation of a foundation support system consisting of caissons and grade beams to stabilize the existing building, minimize future structural movement, and prevent deterioration and cracking of the wet well structure.
An estimated summary of the construction expenditures related to this NOC is provided below:
